Ethos is seeking a Head of PMO for a remote, flexible engagement to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will own cross-functional programs, establish reporting cadences, and create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for steering committees, status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, executive one-pagers, and portfolio materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Lead cross-functional programs and reporting cadence.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Prepare steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.
