Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of PMO to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, and executive one-pagers.

The role is fully remote with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, at a rate of $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.
