Ethos is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leads to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. Flexible remote work, 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong skills in capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail for documents and decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Oversee program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with executive oversight.
