Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a PMO Specialist within the Operations group to support Program Managers and multiple Project Managers as the primary POC for project control, scheduling, and cost management across client contracts. You will develop action plans to increase productivity and keep projects on schedule.

You will prepare reports, manage invoicing and budgets, coordinate meetings, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and policy requirements in a fast-paced, federal-style environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or four years project support experience.
• Ability to pass background checks; additional checks may be required by projects/clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor the overall project.
• Support and ensure performance of technical support on projects in line with contract requirements.
• Create, manage, and disburse reports related to the project.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports and deliverables supporting program management.
• Notify the project team about abnormalities or variances.
• Review and report the project’s budget and finances, including invoicing and AR aging.
• Review subcontractor/vendor invoices and liaise to resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Task Order or project task(s).
• Develop schedules, work plans, and project close-out processes.
• Populate and maintain project management data in the PMIS.
