Job summary

Capgemini in Las Vegas is seeking a PMO Lead to govern engagements, plan and track initiatives, and manage issues and risks. You will coordinate with Engagement Managers, business, analytics, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and compliance, leveraging Jira and Confluence for governance.

The role involves overseeing data and analytics projects in Azure and Databricks, with strong emphasis on governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, stakeholder management using Jira/Confluence.
• BA with requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Strong data analysis and validation skills.
• Experience with enterprise data and analytics projects in Azure and Databricks.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with data integration, ingestion pipelines, governance and data quality.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Governing engagements, planning and tracking with Engagment Managers.
• Report progress, manage issues and risks, control changes, and manage deliverables.
• Maintain electronic records of work and adhere to contractual constraints.
• Coordinate with business, analytics, engineering and external partners.
• Prepare and present status, risks and recommendations to leadership.
