Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management or PMO within tech or product-led companies.
• Genuine passion for Web3 and wallet infrastructure direction.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects between Product and Engineering.
• Warm, caring, people-first style that builds trust.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Product and Engineering: surface priorities, surface dependencies, align on scope and timelines.
• Drive ETAs and results: own plans, track milestones, push initiatives to completion on time.
• Partner with PMs and engineering leads: run planning cadences, sprint reviews, cross-team syncs.
• Spot and clear blockers early: identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Build relationships and engagement: be a trusted contact across teams and maintain healthy dynamics.
• Provide leadership visibility: deliver clear status updates and project health reports.
• Improve processes: refine PMO rituals to ship faster with less friction.
