Gainwell Technologies is seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to drive governance, project controls, and delivery management for a large-scale DDI program. You will collaborate with Engagement leadership to implement standard PM practices and ensure accountability across all workstreams and domains.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of PMO resources to meet KPIs and delivery commitments, with remote-based work across the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, program controls, delivery governance, or large-scale implementation program management.
• 7+ years of experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology programs, including Medicaid, MMIS/MES, PBM, system implementation, modernization, or related healthcare delivery initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading PMO governance across complex, multi-workstream programs, including schedule integration, RAID management, change control, deliverables, quality, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead PMO governance, project controls, and delivery management processes across the DDI program.
• Ensure consistent project management practices, standards, and accountability across all workstreams and domains.
• Oversee governance activities including schedule, scope, deliverables, RAID, change control, reporting, and quality management.
• Support executive and client governance through project reviews, leadership reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead PMO resources and drive performance against program KPIs, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
