Job summary

Citizant seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead task order administration and delivery for a fast-paced IT and data services environment supporting U.S. government programs.

You will provide day-to-day program leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring strong fiscal and operational controls and driving transparency through dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics. The role involves coordination with IV&V activities and ensuring artifacts, environments, and schedules are aligned

Qualifications

• 15 years of federal IT program management experience.
• 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of IT service management and risk/compliance environments.
• Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Program/Project Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead task order administration, oversight, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Provide governance, fiscal controls, and compliance with RMF/ITIL practices.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to support program health and decisions.
• Coordinate IV&V activities and address findings with stakeholders.
