Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading PMO operations and complex business transformation projects.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
