Job summary

Vaco in Dallas, TX is seeking an Enterprise PMO Senior Manager to establish and lead an enterprise-wide PMO aligning strategic initiatives with delivery standards and governance. You will drive governance, portfolio oversight, and executive reporting across a broad program portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management, PMP certification, and experience leading or building an EPMO in large-scale environments, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• Experience leading or building an Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
• PMP certification required.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and enterprise projects.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor project managers and PMO personnel.
• Drive project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
