Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the PMO and enterprise project portfolio from a remote setting. You will maintain governance processes, dashboards, and project data across a portfolio of about 130 active projects, partnering with PMO leadership and project managers to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

This contract-to-hire role offers a W2 engagement with a strong benefits package and opportunities to grow within a mature PMO environment.

Qualifications

2+ years supporting PMO operations, project coordination, or portfolio administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and auditing activities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across ~130 active projects.
Maintain project records, documentation, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
Ensure project data is accurate and aligned with PMO standards.
Assist with portfolio reviews and leadership updates.
Support OnePlan and the Power Platform-based PPM ecosystem.
Assist project teams with setup, data maintenance, and status updates.
Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
Coordinate governance reviews and portfolio health assessments.
