Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support PMO and Portfolio Operations on a contract-to-hire basis. This role focuses on coordinating a portfolio of about 130 active projects, maintaining schedules, dashboards, and governance artifacts to enhance visibility and decision-making.

You will work with OnePlan and Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and strong collaboration with project teams in a manufacturing/tech environment. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting PMO operations or portfolio coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise PMO tools and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Maintain project records, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
• Support governance reviews and portfolio health assessments.
