Corps Team is seeking a Project Management Coordinator – Marketing & Communications for a remote 12-month contract to support technology-enabled marketing and communications initiatives within the recordkeeping business.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project coordination, PMO, marketing operations, communications, or related areas.
• Financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Interest or background in marketing and communications is a plus.
• Experience with compliance or legal review processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with internal project management tools such as Workfront and/or Seismic may be beneficial but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate compliance submissions, approvals, and required documentation.
• Track project status, action items, dependencies, and deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Partner across marketing, communications, sales enablement, compliance, legal, writers, designers, and external agencies; attend meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
