Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager to coordinate operational workflows, meetings, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced remote marketing organization.

The role focuses on ensuring that timelines, action items, and dependencies are organized and progress smoothly, acting as the operational backbone for customer acquisition across multiple business segments. Strong PM experience and flawless communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional project management experience, preferably supporting marketing operations, sales ops, or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects, recurring meetings, and multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise updates.
• Strong experience preparing meeting agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use Claude, Smartsheet, and other operational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring meetings, including leadership reviews, cross-functional alignment sessions, and weekly status updates.
• Prepare agendas, organize materials, and document key decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Track action items and ensure follow-through until completion.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
• Consolidate updates from regional marketing teams and maintain visibility into ongoing activities.
• Identify duplicated efforts, delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Track campaign progress at an operational level without directly managing campaign execution.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in workflows and reporting; support practical improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and project tracking systems.
• Leverage collaboration tools to streamline daily operations.
