Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing coordination, project coordination, or digital communications.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media tools.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent worker with cross-functional teamwork ability.
• Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns including email, digital, and content initiatives.
• Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, writers, and internal teams.
• Organize marketing assets and brand materials.
• Support social media management and performance reporting.
• Update website content and coordinate with developers for updates.
• Track tasks and milestones using project management tools; prepare weekly status reports.
• Support onboarding of new marketing tools and workflows.
