Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

The salary range for the position is $65,000—$108,000 USD, with benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement. A CAPM certification is desired, and a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of PMO-related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
