Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in PMO coordination or related fields, with strong MS Office proficiency. A CAPM certification is desirable and may strengthen candidacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
