Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in PMO or project coordination, plus strong organizational and communication skills and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). CAPM certification is a plus.
