Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in project coordination or PMO support, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities to meet deadlines.
• Document processes and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Practice Lead.
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers.
• Assist with status reporting and meeting preparation.
