SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented.

This role is a 100% remote position. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in project coordination or PMO support, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
