Job summary

SMX is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This is a 100% remote position.

Required are a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in project coordination or PMO support, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
