Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years in PMO or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CAPM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMO or project coordination experience preferred.
• 2+ years in PMO support or related role.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
