Job summary

ExecuPOWER is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support electric utility projects in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. This remote role focuses on project controls, planning, and reporting, with periodic travel to client sites.

You will analyze schedules and budgets, develop dashboards, and collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and leadership. The position requires 3+ years in PMO or related fields and a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Project Controls, or Business Process experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on electric utility distribution projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams, clients, contractors, and leadership.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Assist with invoicing, project controls, and closeout activities.
