Job summary

nTech Workforce is seeking a Project Management Analyst (PMA) / Junior Business Analyst to support the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO). This role blends data analytics, office administration, and project management support to manage program data, contracts, and stakeholder communications.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, advanced Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills, plus the ability to travel 1-2 times per month and to work in Newark, DE on a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical/administrative or PMO support roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex data tracking).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day project analytics to support electric utility distribution programs.
• Assist with contract administration, including RFP development and requisitions; track payments.
• Review invoices, manage accruals, and contract tracking responsibilities.
• Manage program data using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI; communicate with stakeholders.
