Role Overview

The role is remote with monthly onsite meetings (or as needed- could be monthly, every other month, etc.).

• Experience with SAP PM, SAP EAM, SAP CC&B, GIS, and Documentum
• EGI Program experience and customer web portal usage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large‑scale, highly complex projects ($5M, 10 FTEs), coordinating a team of Senior Project Managers
• Support PMO leadership to optimize resource allocation
• Determine budgets and staffing for business cases
• Submit PMA and PM performance assessments for project stage, mid‑year and year‑end reviews
• Take on challenged projects, closely supervising incumbent Project Managers
• Act as SME for project methodologies and financial analytics
• Mentor Project Managers and PMAs

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency with PDM and PPMC tools
• Experience managing 30+ FTEs on a single, 12+ month project
• Experience with 5+ projects ($5M labor each) and 5+ PMAs; 2 PMs from planning
• Client Satisfaction Metrics Project statistics and variance analysis
• Scope and risk management
• QA reviews and inspection
