SMX is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are well documented. This is a 100% remote position.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in PMO or related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CAPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination/PMO support
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
