Job summary

SMX is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented.

This is a 100% remote position in the United States. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has 2+ years of PMO or project-coordination experience, and is proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CAPM certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
