SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and documentation for PMOs.
• Track deadlines and progress with PMs and Practice Lead.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and records.
• Support a remote project delivery team with timely updates.
