Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented.

This role is a 100% remote position. The proposed salary for this position is $65,000—$108,000 USD and SMX offers competitive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
