Job summary

SMX is seeking a PMO Analyst to coordinate and track PMO activities, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is thorough. This is a 100% remote role based in the United States.

You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead, leveraging Microsoft Office tools to support project tracking, reporting, and record-keeping. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a related field are required, with CAPM preferred for advancement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

$65,000—$108,000 USD
