Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in PMO coordination or related field; strong organization and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CAPM may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
