Job summary

E Logic is seeking a PMO Support Specialist / Agile Coach to support GSA OCIO across all task areas. The role will develop repeatable PMO methodologies, assist initiative/project management, and provide agile coaching to cross-functional teams, including coordination of updates on Insite and GSA.gov.

Strong communication and process documentation are essential for knowledge transfer. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings at GSA Headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of PMO support experience.
• Experience developing repeatable PMO methodologies.
• Experience with initiative/project management and resource planning.
• Active HSPD-12 clearance or favorable determination.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs.
• Support initiative/project management and technology project management tools.
• Support resource and capacity planning, decision-making, and agile coaching.
• Support meeting management, process creation, and coordinating updates on Insite and GSA.gov related to Data and AI initiatives.
• Support general PMO areas including Qualtrics Surveys.
• Provide agile coaching to teams across all task areas.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination and integration across all task areas.
• Maintain consistent methodologies and standards across all task areas.
• Identify and leverage synergies between different initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across teams.
• Provide integrated reporting that demonstrates the interconnected value of work performed across all task areas.
• Document all processes, methodologies, and solutions to enable knowledge transfer.
