Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead federal contracting programs (GSA) in a hybrid/DC-based environment. You will serve as the primary interface with the COR and government personnel, directing agile delivery across multiple systems and vendors to ensure mission-critical outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years IT PM experience, PMP and agile certifications, strong communication, and mastery of Jira/MS Project to drive budgets, schedules, and performance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of IT work experience required.
• PMP Certification required.
• Additional Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) required.
• Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the program and COR with government personnel.
• Monitor project performance and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and administer program activities and services.
• Select, train, supervise, and evaluate project staff.
• Assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, and supervise contractor personnel.
• Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to staff.
• Manage IT software and application projects through the full lifecycle in a multi-system environment.
• Support Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Support sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups using Jira.
• Develop budgets and financial projections; oversee program budgets.
