Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support IT project delivery for the USCP Office of Information Systems (OIS) within the PMO environment.

The role involves requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile/Waterfall ceremonies while coordinating with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to document needs and track progress. The contractor will report to the Prime Contractor for HR and administrative matters and to the COR/OIS leadership for work direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and IT projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering and backlog refinement in JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT planning and coordination.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
• Prepare schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
• Coordinate meetings and capture notes; follow up on actions.
• Support milestone tracking and dependency monitoring under PM direction.
• Assist PMO governance, including risk and issue tracking and document routing.
