Job summary

Ibility LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide project management and operational support for a federally funded program. You will coordinate priorities and milestones, manage risks and deliverables, and collaborate with leadership and SMEs to drive successful execution.

Responsibilities include agile program support, data analysis, and executive reporting to inform decisions. Ideal candidates have cross-functional teamwork experience and proficiency with project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or related field.
• PMP certification from PMI.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and monitor progress.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot program initiatives.
• Manage schedules, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across leadership and SMEs.
• Support Agile program management and change management activities.
• Analyze data to monitor program performance and translate findings into insights for leadership.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings on program status and recommendations.
• Support strategic communications to ensure consistent messaging across teams.
