Talkiatry is a clinician‑led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote, outpatient care with built‑in operational support for scheduling, billing and licensing. Clinicians control their schedules and patient population, enjoying predictable W‑2 compensation and benefits.

We seek an experienced PMHNP with autonomous practice authority, at least 3 years post‑graduate experience and a proven track record in outpatient care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team‑based approach.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
