Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatry. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management within an integrated care model.

The role offers control over schedule and caseload, with employer-paid malpractice, health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, CME reimbursement, and licensing support. E-Verify participation is required after an offer is made.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy; comfortable with remote telepsychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide ongoing follow-up and adjustments.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy within established standards.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists and utilize EMR for documentation.
