Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP-BC to provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications within a fully remote model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted license.
• 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and meds management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage a lower to moderate acuity patient population (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists; no inpatient or IOP coverage.
• Utilize EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.
