The position supports fully remote, outpatient care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, with standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, ensuring quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Comfort in a fully remote telepsychiatry model
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication and team-based approach
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
• No inpatient or crisis coverage
• Integrated care with in-house referral network
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
