Job summary

Talkiatry is hiring experienced PMHNPs for a fully remote outpatient psychiatry role. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management, with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.

The ideal candidate is board-certified PMHNP-BC with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient settings, comfortable practicing telepsychiatry, and proficient with EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication and team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within integrated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure licensing compliance.
