Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a fully remote position to provide outpatient psychiatric care. The role offers predictable W-2 compensation, with on-target total annual earnings ranging from $180k to $215k+, including base salary and monthly productivity.

You will have control over your schedule and patient population with minimal administrative burden. The ideal candidate should possess a strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
