Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care. You will manage a lower to moderate acuity population with standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing.

The role provides predictable W-2 compensation, benefits, and control over your schedule and patient population while practicing in a fully remote model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) is required.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development.
