Job summary

Talkiatry is a remote outpatient psychiatry practice founded to balance hospital-level stability with private-practice autonomy. This role invites a seasoned PMHNP-BC to shape care with minimal admin burden and full operational support.

Work entirely remotely in a fully outpatient model, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, with integrated care and scheduling, billing, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC practicing in outpatient psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Fully remote telepsychiatry-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Deliver medication management and psychoeducation.
• Coordinate with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain scheduling coordination and licensing support.
