ReSource Pro is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Services to lead multiple client-facing engagements, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementations. You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks.

You will serve as the primary client contact, provide status updates, and maintain strong relationships from analyst to executive level, while promoting a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, driving adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor project scope and risk, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving issues that could impact schedule, cost, or performance.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships from analyst to executive level.
• Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates, managing expectations and addressing escalations to maintain client confidence.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment.
