Job summary

Optivate is seeking a remote PM implementation specialist to oversee demos, implementation, and training of our Practice Management solution for healthcare clients. You will coordinate the end-to-end process, guide clients on best practices, and serve as the primary contact during and after rollout.

The role requires 3–5 years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client- or customer-service environment.
• Hands-on experience conducting demos, implementing, and delivering training for Practice Management systems.
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work productively in a remote environment while managing multiple competing demands.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Strong client-relationship skills and confidence communicating over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at anticipating problems before they arise and finding ways to meet project goals despite changing circumstances.
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, professional poise, and a self-starter mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a remote organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM implementation demos and training for new and existing clients.
• Guide clients on best practices to ensure adoption and success.
• Serve as primary client contact during and after implementation.
• Adhere to installation standards and project plans.
• Exchange information with OpenPM on setup, priorities, and issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales and Technical Support on PM tasks.
• Ensure clients are trained in all operational programs.
• Support staff to ensure all customer inquiries are responded to and resolved.
• Monitor results and adjust course as needed.
• Assist in resolving complex requests and complaints in a timely manner.
