Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in the greater OKC area for a hybrid position, balancing remote work with in-person client sessions. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and meaningful client care in-home and clinic settings. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or Psychology, active BCBA certification, and Oklahoma LBA certification, with strong data analysis and collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Oklahoma LBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
