Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other staff members.
Collaborate with families and other professionals for comprehensive support.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
