The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs in the greater OKC region. This hybrid role blends remote work with in-person client sessions, offering autonomy and meaningful clinical interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
