The Treetop ABA in the greater OKC region is looking for a BCBA to join our hybrid team. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver play-based ABA, supervise and mentor RBTs, and collaborate with clinical peers to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
