Job summary

EdConnective is seeking a Professional Learning Community Facilitator to guide PLCs for teachers and school leaders, working remotely on a part-time, hourly basis. You’ll build strong educator relationships, drive actionable strategies, and support client schools with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PLC facilitation experience and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset, thriving in a flexible, remote role with project-based hours.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating PLCs of teachers, instructional staff, and/or K–12 leaders.
• Proven ability to build rapport with educators and leaders effectively.
• Ability to communicate actionable growth strategies to participants.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with K–12 educators and leaders rooted in value, clarity, and results.
• Facilitate highly effective PLC meetings among groups of teachers, instructional staff, and/or K–12 leaders.
• Establish rapport and strong professional relationships with internal team members.
• Develop open lines of communication with the EdConnective coaching, sales, and success teams.
• Maintain accurate participant records, meeting reports, and usage data during PLC implementation.
